Live music makes all the difference.

Whatever special event you are planning — a wedding reception, birthday or anniversary party — my piano playing and singing will make the occasion even more unforgettable.

Biography

Trained as a classical pianist starting at age eight, I have been playing and singing popular music my entire life. I have always been drawn to this great music, and remember feeling compelled to play any piano in sight (even when not invited!) and to sing whenever I could.

I recall once enjoying a great jazz band playing “Embraceable You” at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor years ago. I spontaneously started singing while in the audience.  Before I knew it, I was invited up to sing with the band and became part of the entertainment.

My repertoire includes songs from the 1920s to the present, with a special passion for Broadway music and the Great American Songbook, especially the Gershwins, Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hart, Jerome Kern, and Irving Berlin.

I  have performed at restaurants, country clubs, senior citizens centers, and private homes.  I speak French fluently and often sing French songs when asked.

My husband Roger and I share a love of Broadway musicals, cabaret, and jazz. Being in the audience enjoying another artist’s performance often inspires me to add songs to my repertoire.

We are delighted to be living at Orchard Cove in Canton, MA.
